Phil Surles, Ph.D.


Phil Surles, Ph.D., is a cultural anthropologist and innovation consultant whose scholarly topics have ranged from the evolution of social media to organizational culture in technology development. Outside of academia, he works with nonprofits, startups, and major brands on issues ranging from product design to brand strategy. He's currently developing a social platform to help the human science community address real world problems through online events, digital content, and applied research.
